“Management is WEAK”

I have stayed at this hotel several times do to it's location and proximity to my place of business. I can honestly say that each time I have stayed there has been a serious of issues. This last stay, the management proved to me how little their care about the needs of their guests. I will not ever recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I stay there again.

“Great Location, Great Hotel”

The Dupont Circle location is great! Very convenient to public transportation, a happening neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel doesn't look all that impressive from the outside; however, as soon as you walk in, you see a very contemporary, stylish decor. The room is very clean and comfortable. The only drawback - there is no coffee maker/ hot water pot in the room, but we called the front desk and they brought in an electric kettle and cups. A big plus - Starbucks is steps away from the hotel and is is open until midnight on most days.

Area recommendations

Anywhere within and around the Dupont Circle is great for walking and exploring the city.

“"Loved every minute of it"”

From the moment I arrived I knew it was something special. Aaron the front desk clerk made me feel appreciated and was warmly and openly conversational. He also made a suggestion as to a nearby museum to see. Unfortunately I could not find it because of my lack of sense of direction. I consider Aaron to be of the utmost professionally inclined hotel personnel I encountered and recommend him for some sort of incentive or compensation for being such an asset to The Hotel Dupont in Wash DC.
