Accommodating staff but a few issues in the rooms such as missing ironing board, semi-functional fridge, water damage on the wall. Location is quite decent, price is fair.

I loved everything about the hotel but was very disappointed to find out the restaurant/bar was no longer open for dinner hours although I was able to make reservations. Had I known I would’ve chosen a different hotel.

Let me check in and check out early and late. No charge for extra water bottles. Friendly staff. The area is conveniently located but not sure the safest. Would be excellent to have great views of the city.

I realize it was peak season but for $500 a night this place was not too great. The room was dark, the color scheme is awful, the bathroom fixtures are old and the layout was terrible. There was about 2 feet from the door to the bed. Also the bar and restaurant close super early.

great staff with Ephrem and rest of front desk. The restaurant was not open and then when it was they closed early - not necessarily the Hotel's fault. we had to leave the area to find food-

The staff were amazing here. After so many stays at different hotels over the years, I'd forgotten what good service at a hotel was like. Every single person, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were so polite and helpful. The maintenance man in the hallway saw me struggling trying to balance 4 bags and ran to help. My only complaint is that the rooms need more lighting or brighter lights. That isn't really even a complaint, just a suggestion. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to any friends. I was well cared for here and wanted for nothing.

The property is at a walkable distance from the union station. The front desk team was very quick and friendly in their response and approach. I will highly recommend the hotel.

A friend and I booked a room at this property last minute and were floored at just how beautiful and comfortable the Kimpton George hotel was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (shoutout to Benjamin for the smooth and easy check-in process). Will definitely recommend to everyone and will book another trip to this property soon!

Nice place, great food. Dusty!!
The room was well-appointed. The view was not great, but not every room can have a view. The dinner was excellent and breakfast was mediocre. The dust on the banquette was really unacceptable. The staff could not have been more friendly. They were exceptional in every department.
