“Business Traveller First time to DC”

Highly satisfied with The Madison hotel. All the staff were extremely professional and the service was of very high calibre. Excellent food as well. My one comment is that there should be more servers on the breakfast shift as it was quite busy (good for the hotel!) on both mornings that we ate there.

“Hotel very welcoming”

This was our first visit to Washington. from the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us very welcome and were helpful throughout our five day stay. We would recommend the Madison Hotel, it is no more than half a mile from Pensylvania Avenue and the White House. Our airport shuttle booking and boarding passes were organised by the hotel.

“Elegant and satisfied”

We were a group of young women and their moms on a sightseeing tour. We found the hotel to be beautiful, the staff responsive and friendly and the accommodations wonderful.

“DC Trip”

The hotel was great! Very centrally located and close to several Metro stations. Short walk to lots of restaurants, stores, and attractions. Room was spacious with decent storage space. Would definitely stay again in DC.

“Would stay here again”

Comfortable, clean room. Extremely courteous staff. Decent price. The only negative was that the breakfast was a little pricey, causing us to go next door and have a good breakfast that was less than half the price of the hotels. But would absolutely stay here again.

“Excellent Option in DC”

The Madison was great value for money on a recent business trip to DC. Comfortable rooms and a great location. The restaurant is being remodeled but the rest of the hotel is in excellent shape. My only quibble was a bed that sagged somewhat on one side.

“Outstanding service”

Service was outstanding - the staff was very friendly and helpful and was always looking for ways to help. My only "negative" was that the HVAC system was noisy when the AC would turn on at night.
