“Excellent Choice!”

Stayed at the Mayflower Renaissance recently for a 3-day weekend. The location was a short walk/cab ride away from many DC-area attractions (very convenient). The staff were super-helpful and were always available. The accommodations were excellent - plenty of space in our suite along with two TV's. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone interested. I will most assuredly stay at the Mayflower on my next DC visit.

“Great Anniversary Vacation”

We just spent a week in DC. Never been there before. This hotel is perfect walking distance from 2 Metro stations, .4 miles from the white house and not much farther from the rest of the famous DC landmarks. We walked A LOT all week. The neighborhood was GREAT to wander around at night. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

“Overall Experience”

Overall experience of the hotel was great. Fitness center was well equipped and service was top notch. Located next to the Farragut North subway stop and few blocks to the White House and museums. The only discomfort were the street level noise that can be heard from our floor which was on the 5th; mattress a little saggy, and armchair needs to be repaired.

“Enjoyable Stay”

We stayed at the Mayflower over Memorial Day Weekend. The location is very convenient for all types of sightseeing (and steps away from the metro). The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. Room Service was prompt and got our order correct every time. Housekeeping did a great job, keeping our room neat and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. There were some very monor upkeep issues that could be addresses, however they did not take away from the experience at all. Valet parking is convenient, however the price seemed a little excessive (but not enough to deter us from using it). Over all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would return in the future.

Wow! Spotless rooms, an excellant staff, and a great location. Half a block from the Metro. This is a well managed hotel.

“Good times!”

Location was perfect. Located in the center of Washington, it was easy to walk to the monuments and museums, Georgetown, and many great restaurants. The breakfast buffet was really good, too! On the 2nd level, there are old photos and stories that document the historical charm of the hotel.

“Mayflower is Grand”

We had a great experience at the Mayflower. It was very convenient to the National monuments and to several nice places to eat. We did not get a chance to eat dinner until 11:00Pm and did not know where to go. We talked to the concierge and he recommended Luigi's. Which is two blocks away on 19th street, and it was wonderful. The room was wonderful, and we will definately be returning in the future.

“Expensive but well worth it”

The staff is very friendly and eager to serve you. The restaurant and in dinning room service is pricey but if you like to be pampered this is the place to be.
