The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a hard time locating the hotel when driving so one of the front desk people actually stood out on the street to flag us down as we drove by! The hotel is within walking distance of the White House and the National Mall which was a big plus for us.

Pros: Der Service und die Naehe waren sehr gut. Man konnte auch zu Fuß sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.

Die Anbindung ans U-Bahnnetz ist ausgezeichnet (2 Stationen in der Naehe). Gegenüber eine Bäckerei wo es hervorragendes Frühstück gibt.

Great Time

Location: The location was very convenient. Close to 2 Metro stations and many very good restaurants within walking distance.
Overall great time at the Quincy! Manny and Selena provided excellent customer service. The type of customer service that makes you feel at home. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks to everyone.

Small hotel with character, convenient to subway

Pros: Friendly staff, shelves in lobby with books, games to share, "newsletter" recommended a fun restaurant (Luna)
Cons: seemed very clean but we did find a sock that wasn't ours when packing to leave
Location: convenient to Farragut North and West subway stations, easy walking (10-15 min.) from Dupont Circle, White House.
Returned for a second stay in this family-friendly place with quirky decor. Comfortable and convenient.

The hotel was comfortable and the cost was reasonable. The lighting in the room was very dark so it was difficult to get some work done there.

Pros: Everything - the staff, attention to detail, the room, cleanliness, location, willingness to help, knowledge of the area, and more!
Cons: I don't think there is a thing they could improve on! It was the best hotel I've stayed at with the best customer service I've experienced.
Location: With an 8 and 6 year old, we easily walked a short distance to The White House, National Mall, Dupont Circle, Georgetown, and restaurants.
I spent a lot of time researching what hotel to stay in while visiting Washington as I was traveling with my kids. Beyond the perfect location for DC, (blocks and central to the White House, National Mall, Dupont Circle, The Metro, and Georgetown), I wanted a good size room as we were staying for a week. The room featured an L-shape couch and coffee table to relax or play on, plenty of floor space, as well as wall to wall windows that open. Beyond the location and the room itself, the Quincy has one of the most thoughtful, and genuine groups of people working there that I've ever encountered. We were treated with professionalism, smiles, and kindness from the start. Our stay was during Easter week, and also my sons birthday. Much to my surprise on Easter morning, I found 2 Easter baskets outside our door, I was blown away. The day after Easter, my little one turned 6. After a long day of seeing the sights and walking around, we arrived to our room to find balloons, a hand written card from the staff, 3 Orangina's, and a little bag of candy tied up for each of my kiddos. This to me, was the true definition of customer service, but beyond that, these kind people went out of their way, and spent their own money, and took the time to make it a special day. When we left, I felt like I had just visited my friends. So a huge thanks to the Quincy, and especially to Tylor, Selena, Fahib, Manny, Neal, and Miguel. You helped make it one of the best vacations we've had!

Cherry blossom night

Stayed in your hotel on Sunday night, April 12. In DC to photo cherry blossoms. Front desk extremely friendly and room very clean. Left diamond earrings on table. After checkout, received a call and text stating they found my earrings. Greatly appreciate the honesty of your staff. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Communication with the staff prior to my stay was so great and informative, and once I was there was great too. The hotel is in a really good location- easily walkable to all of the touristy things to do! I would definitely consider staying at The Quincy when I go back to DC.
