First rate. Great location.

Posted May 3, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location. A few minutes walk to my meetings at George Washington Univ. and dinner in Georgetown.
Cons: "Room comfort" would have received a 5 rather than 4 if there was a way to direct the blown air away from my face when I was in the bed.
Location: Starbucks, a convenience store, a deli, nice restaurants, and even a hardware/bicycle store were mere steps from the front door.
Check-in was prompt and courteous from the front door attendants to the desk staff. My room was spotless, elegant, and well equipped. "Room comfort" would have received a 5 rather than 4 if there was a way to direct the blown air away from my face when I was in the bed. No problem, however, because I was travelling alone and had a king sized bed so I slept on the opposite side.

It did not meet my expectations of The Westin. The staff wasn't as friendly or quick to anticipate your needs as in other hotels. The best thing about the room was the bathroom. Beautiful shower and tub.

Dear Washint, Thank-you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. While I was please to read that you appreciated our large, beautiful bathrooms, I was dissapointed to learn that our associates did not provide the typical warm, thoughtful and engaging service we are known for and proud of. Please accept my sincerest apologies. We do hope your travels will return you to the area and we will have the opportunity to welcome you back.

Very pleasant experience

Posted Mar 19, 2015
I recently took my daughters to this hotel for an overnight stay in Washington. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Georgetown (very easy walk for my young kids), was very clean, and the staff were very courteous. It is also close to the riverfront area and there was a nice playground located about two blocks away in Rock Creek Park. I was also pleasantly surprised by the effort the staff made to help me after I forgot my sunglasses in the room after checkout. I would definitely recommend the hotel and plan to stay here again our next trip down to Washington.

Washington in January

Posted Jan 31, 2015
Pros: The room size, very comfortable as well the location in Georgetown.
Location: Du Pont circle, Metro station, WSU.
We stay there early January, the hotel is great, very convnient location at Georgetown, 4 blocks from the WSU, and the Metro station, with nice restaurants on the neiborghood, in did in the zone there are several hotels. the staff was very friendly, and allways willing to help you on any doubt or inquiry. the hotel has a Mexican Restaurant with nice dishes, and the staff service attitude is great there.

I was in town for a birthday celebration also held at the hotel. Great hospitality suite, room was spacious and comfortable - quiet even though facing the main street below. Staff was courteous and efficient at check in and out.

I loved this hotel! Staff was extremely nice and attentive. We were only there for a short trip (2 nights) but they made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great and so beautiful! It was our first time in DC, and we got to see so much. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Close to ALL DC attractions!!

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: There wasn't one thing I didn't like. The staff was the best I've seen and we travel ALOT!!
Cons: Free wifi and fridges would be nice.
Location: Close to everything!!
I took the wife and two kids to explore the nations capital. It was a 4 day adventure they'll never forget. I suggest everyone go to DC to see all the things our government has to offer other than rules, laws and taxes. The history of the United States is a must for all to see and understand. So many have sacrificed so much for what we have today.
