Close to DuPont CirclePosted Oct 25, 2014
We stayed here while visiting DC. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the Metro, about a 10-15 minute walk. The problem we had was the temperature control in the room. It wouldn't stay cool enough for us. As a result, we slept poorly.

Very welcoming!Posted Oct 21, 2014
The staff members were so friendly and accommodating. I was able to get early check-in, which was great for getting ready for the wedding I was attending that afternoon. The room had a slight smell of smoke that I reported and they immediately offered a new room but I opened the window and it was resolved in mere minutes. Great service. Call for your car rather than hand the valet ticket when you come down, it's much faster.

Think again-Posted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Hotel location was great, close to embassies and restaurants
Cons: Overall attention to detail and cleanliness of rooms especially for guests staying more than one night.
Our room was very small. The cleanliness was something to be desired = we stayed 2 nights and found that our wine bottle and glasses from the night before had not been taken out of room, dirty water glasses left around room, and all that seemed to be done was fix the bed and replenish towels in the bathroom. This was very disappointing from a Hilton Hotel. I will think again before staying at the Washington Hilton.

Nice hotel great locationPosted Oct 20, 2014
Great room, very comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere. Only issue I had was room service did not replenish towels or toiletries but when I called I received everything within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Great location on CT Avenue; clean and updatedPosted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Location; clean; updated
Cons: Some noisy neighbors, but not much the hotel can do about that.
Location: Georgetown within 2 miles; White House and monuments within about 1 mile; Zoo within walking distance; nice restaurants everywhere; safe area
Older but updated hotel within a mile walk of White House and many other attractions, and several blocks from the Metro. Nice staff, updated rooms, WiFi in lobby, and several nice bars on site. Used the outdoor on a nice Fall day.

Check-in DisasterPosted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Our breakfast was excellent but at astronomical proices
We waited about 15 minutes in a line while 1 clerk checked in a guest. After 15 minutes of waiting, not wantig to be late for our dinner meeting, we complained to the conciege who immediately checked us in personally. That was very nice but there should be more than 1 clerk checking in guests at a busy time.

Great hotel, great areaPosted Oct 7, 2014
This hotel is very clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. It is a huge hotel, but very comfortable and quiet. There are also very nice amenities throughout the hotel. Also, the hotel is in a fabulous area of the city; close to the national mall and attractions, but right in the middle of (walking distance) Adam's Morgan and DuPont Circle far-less touristy areas with great bars, restaurants and nightlife.
