"Highly recommend - really good hotel, great staff"
Our party had 3 rooms, part of a family group who had travelled to the area for a wedding. Other members of the family also stayed at the Park Hotel. We were all impressed with the rooms, the food at breakfast and in the restaurant, the swimming pool, and - most important - the staff. They were universally welcoming, friendly, efficient and accommodating. Added to this, the 'deal' which we booked for 2 nights B & B was really good value for money.
This was our first time in Dungarvan and the surrounding area, it's delightful. We shall definitely return, and the Park would be our first choice.

Walked to all main attractions, Waterford Crystal and interesting museums. Theatre right down the street, enjoyed the play, "Crucible". Three course dinner for 2, with a bottle of wine, $65. Free parking! Spacious room for three, upgraded decor.

We only stayed at Dooley's in Waterford for one night and wished we had planned for two. After staying two nights in Dublin we drove to Waterford as a stop on our way to the west part of the country and it was a perfect distance for our first day of driving. The hotel is right on the main street by the water. The hotel bar had good food and the waiter was excellent. The hotel is also close enough to the People's PArk that we were able to go for a run to the Park and have a great workout there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We come home to Waterford every year but this is the first time using this hotel and location is the best. Its all walking distance to everything. If it wasnt for the Saturday wedding, we would have stayed at the Tower for 4 straight night instead of only 2 nights. We had to book and stay at another Waterford hotel and we were not happy. We will definetely stay at the Tower again.
Caroline at the front desk was very helpful. The only issue is the parking- very tight when there's conventions same time. Other than that, its perfect.
