The only complaint was no instructions on the heating cooling thermostat…front desk came up at 10pm the show us. But that aside, it was very nice, MUCH better than the other one in town.

Our room was clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The breakfast included biscuits and gravy, waffles, and a variety of other grab and go options. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and the check-in and out process was uncomplicated. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Will stay again if in the area.

Had an issue with the heating system. We could not get the room temperature above 58 degrees. Called the front desk once and no answer. Went to the front desk twice and no one there. It was a cold miserable night. Breakfast was a joke. Everything was stale and old. The hardboiled eggs had a green color and smelled bad. The bread and cereal were stale and hard. Again no one around. The pool was not opened up until 9am when was suppose to open at 7am. Overall, an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay will definitely find another place to stay next time.

Deferred maintenance is catching up
Hotel is in a great location and easy to access. Very quiet. Hotel is showing age an in need of investment or it will rapidly deteriorate. Windows in pool had tape holding them together with sign posted to not open or touch windows.

The breakfast was really great and there were several options every morning. I was here for a funeral so to have a nice quiet place was awesome. The indoor pool gave the kids something to do.

Everything went great with our stay other than the checkin. The staff member could not find my booking. I had to call the company I booked with in order to get my room that I had already paid for in advance.

Grandkid trip
Manager was so kind as to call us to explain that pool had reopned after she & her daughter cleaned up the Vandalism some others had done. So sorry some have no respect. Thank you for the update

Very happy with this hotel. Stayed in a king room with sofa bed, and there was plenty of room for our young son to run around. Staff was great, will definitely stay again if in that area.

Nice and quiet, friendly staff. Really enjoyed the cinnamon roll wagfles at breakfast. My only minor note for improvement would be that there was very poor water pressure in the shower. Everything else was great.
