Good location

Pros: Location & price.
Cons: Install exhaust fan in bathroom, update rooms by removing wallpaper & stretch carpet in hallways to remove excess material.
Location: Close to University & Highway, within walking distance to resaurants & shopping.
Good location, close to University, highway, restaurants & shopping. Our room was quiet, although it helped the we were away from the pool area. Bed was comfortable, other room amenities were fine for our one night stay. We did not use use other hotel services like the pool, bar or restaurant.

When we went to our room, it was not clean yet. We were placed in another room and our power went out. Otherwise, it was an ok stay for the price.

In the middle of a major upgrade so it was being torn apart. Otherwise the stay was fine--close to shopping.

The Rooms could have some update. There is no elevator for the upper floors. To have a Bar-Restaurant onsite is a bonus even the Menu is small. The Price is a little high for the quality of the room.

horrible, no one should stay here

Pros: nothing.
First of all at check in I was told I needed to be 21 to check in, even though their website and confirmation email says 18. The clerk said it was no big deal and let me check in but was very rude the entire time as was the whole staff. Worst of all there was mold in the bathroom basements and ceiling!

Cons: Lower price and star rating to what it should be.
Location: Restaurants, campus, shopping
This hotel is way overpriced and is very unimpressive for the star rating they are advertised to be

Cons: Grounds need a lot of improvement. Weeding!!! No curb appeal whatsoever.
Very sub par. nOT much more to say about this. Really, what time should I spend writing this when the hotel doesn't care about making our stay any better.

Hotel in the middle of town close to restrants.

Cons: the inside and outside appearance
Location: The is shopping and eating establishments
The staff was very nice but the hotel looked old. It was clean and the room was nice, but the rest of the hotel was not very appealing.
