“Nice accomadations”

Everything that you want in a hotel. Clean, comfortable and quite. Easy access to Cedar Falls and UNI. And the breakfast was above average for this type of hotel.

“Great Hotel”

This hotel is totally non-smoking and quite new. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The free, full breakfast was great. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are larger than those in most hotels in this category. It would be nice to have better lighting in the rooms, but that is a common problem in hotel rooms. This hotel was much nicer than I expected for a rating of 2.5 stars.

“Very comfortable!”

In visiting UNI we found this property to be very convenient. It is a little distance from campus, but easy to get there. Not a lot of restaurants near by, but certainly plenty to choose from in Cedar Falls. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and all rooms have a sofa bed. Excellent for two teens that need their own space! Breakfast was sufficient, and nice to have available. The front desk staff is friendly and pets are allowed! One floor is completely pet free for those with sensitive allergies. We will definitely use this hotel again if our son chooses to attend UNI!

“Clean, comfortable, close to UNI”

We stayed at this hotel during a visit to University of Northern Iowa. It was close to campus and a relatively short drive to restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast had a lot of choices. The hotel staff was friendly.
