These funds will be returned to your credit card after departure but may take 5 -10 days to become available. Other than a credit card pre-authorisation we will accept a cash bond, which will be refunded to you upon departure following an inspection of your apartment by our duty staff. $200 for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments / $400 for 2-Bedroom apartments / $600 for 3-Bedroom apartments.
