We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming in the pool. Quick breakfast the next morning was ok. Coffee was great! Service was also great. Thank you for the hospitality!

Good place to rest your headPosted Sep 4, 2013
Traveled up for the Harley 110th Anniversary and was looking for a decent room at a good price. Found exactly what I wanted here. Bed was great after a full day of riding and partying. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Convenient locationPosted Aug 24, 2013
Pros: The location was very convenient. The breakfast was easy and ok.
Cons: Carpet and beds need a definite update.
The rooms had a slight old smokey smell. The beds were very uncomfortable and noisy with every movement.

I could hear the people in the next room talking. they didn't seem to overly loud, but it was close enough to be annoying. Their TV was a bit loud as well. The noise seemed to be coming mainly through the connecting door.

Friendly service, can hardly beat the price!Posted Jul 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed 2 nights. When we first entered the room assigned to us, there was a smell. We talked to the front desk person and they gave us another room right away. The breakfast was adequate - the waffle maker, some fruit and yogurt, toaster, juice & coffee. Personally, I like flavored creamer, which they didn't have, but other than that the breakfast was good. Our room had a microwave and a refrigerator. The kids enjoyed the pool. I thought the pool water was cloudy and had a LOT of chlorine. They didn't have the air conditioning on in our room - so it took awhile for the room to be comfortable. I would stay here again. The people were friendly and the price was much less than another hotel in town.

Disappointment in WatertownPosted Jul 16, 2013
Cons: More presence by competent management. Better training of staff.
Location: Location O.K. but little to do near by.
Incompetent staff; "Smoke-Free" room had strong smell of tobacco smoke. No elevator to 2nd floor. Several persons on front sidewalk drinking beer when we arrived. When called to staff attention, nothing done

Ok for your moneyPosted Jun 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was well worth the money you pay. It's much better than the candle glo and few miles down the road. It was a much better stay this time than the last time. The workers were pleasant. Besides house keeping waking us up two hours before check out.
