“PRE HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS”
From the minute I walked in to the day I departed, the complete staff were 'above and beyond excellance'... I will definitely be staying there in the near future...
“Day at Days Inn”
Gena, the lady at the counter when I checked in was awesome and very friendly. She made my day after a day of travel and business in Dallas. Thanks!
“very nice”
requested 1st floor room and got it. Everything very nice in room; only 4 points for clean because of spider web & spider in shower area (no big deal since it was far from my head, but should not be there). TV worked well and was not too loud. We slept well with no noises or unwanted light seeping in. Towels soft. Bed & pillows very comfortable.
“Great for price!”
For the price it was great! We went to the drive in theatre and it was really close. Clean and comfortable beds.
“we would stay again”
The pool was dirty, the ice machine didn't work, a bug was in the bathroom.. Breakfast was ok, waffles and cereal. The hotel is close to good restaurants and close to the activity that we were interested in. The price was very reasonable.
“Good place for passing through”
The employees were very nice. The bathroom could use a bit of help. But overall, good place to stay for passing through. On a one way road, that once you realize there is a road behind the hotel, it is not a bad way to get back to the main throughway.

Very good value for the price, close to the highway, some highway noise can be heard at night. Overall good for the price.
“Better than staying in Dallas”
Great little hotel just outside of Dallas. Plenty of food options, I recommend Bubbas BBQ. I could have spent 4 times as much and been 5 minutes from downtown Dallas, but I like the small town feel of Ennis.
“Not impressed with Days Inn Ennis!”
Room looked old and used but was clean. Nothing really matched, different furniture odds and ends. Air conditioning had problems, this early in the season and it was hot about every 15 minutes out of the hour when the ac would shut completely off and wait until the room got hot before it would come back on. No thermostat to adjust as the room had the window type unit. Would stay if I had too but there are newer hotel and motels in the area. Look around.
