Hi, Serena. I'm sorry your stay didn't go as you'd hoped due to your TV not working. We did offer to move you but you declined. When you notified Choice that you were not happy, they have awarded you 16,000 Choice Privilege points at my expense. We hope to serve you again.

We had a very comfortable stay and I love that we were able to have our fur babies stay with us. Plenty of areas to walk the dogs outside.

Super pleased in every way!
I found this motel by accident. What a wonderful accident it turned out to be! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. We slept in peace! The breakfast was fine. Every once in awhile a motel experience turns out to be really, really pleasing. This was one of those times! Thank you, Comfort Inn Blackshear. If I pass this way again, I will rush to your door.

We stay here quit often, and service is always great, but the new guy at check in, was the most friendly person we’ve ever had, he was very nice abd super helpful

It was quiet and the front desk people were nice. Key cards kept dying though, it may have been the lock on the door.

Overall the stay was decent.
Customer service was excellent. The cleaning of the room could have been better. There was boogers on the wall and on the mattress. Also the microwave was dirty. The breakfast included was good! Made it super easy for my daughter and I to have coffee and food before we left.

Cleanest hotel and most solid rooms from shower to beds/chair. Best hotel is the south middle georgia i have been to in a long while. Shower very good, great pressure.
