Do not stay here if u want to get a good night rest. People allowed their kids to run up and down the hall. We was put on the first floor the people on the second floor was running in the room sound like the kids jumping on the bed on the floor. Let it go the first night then the 2nd night i reported it to front desk and the people on 2nd floor got worse. Nothing was done .

I like how clean the property was both inside and outside. The staff was very pleasant and eager to enjoy your stay. The breakfast buffet had a variety of tasty foods to choose from. I will come back again.

We are able to all sleep in one room with 3 queen beds and bring the dog. Cost was very reasonable.

The hotel was a clean, standard best Western. My only real complaint is that I don’t believe the shower and bathroom were really cleaned. The reason I say this is because there was a used bar of soap and a container of shampoo with a lid off still left in the shower, but there were clean linens provided. Overall, my stay was good. The bed was actually very comfortable and so are the pillows I would stay here again just thought better attention could be paid to cleanliness.

Mediocre value for the money. Overall it was pretty clean inside the hotel and acceptable, except the pool and area that was medium clean. The interior is quite dated now and probably overpriced for what you get. The value for the money is not great.

Would Stay Again
We had a good stay here. We were in town for the Rocker B Ranch Baseball tournament and this was economically-friendly and did not sacrifice cleanliness and comfort. It was just 27 minutes from the venue and had a lot of conveniences around town - was actually surprised...a Walmart, Chilis, Whataburger, Braums, bbq restaurants, CVS, gas stations, etc...

Best Western is usually known for their good uptake and great customer service. Unfortunately, I could day other wise. I had un expected fees once I got there. I usually am able to get the room a little earlier than check-in time however, they told me it would be another fee to get access to my room early. You would have thought the room would look a little since it the most expensive hotel in the area and it was a complete disappointment. The AC was not working and instead of switching us room the guy just went ahead and “tried to fix it” I tried communicating with the couple in the front desk they were completely ignorant. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

I came with my reservation with my disabled husband who is recovering from a stroke and didn’t book a handicap room but the hotel attendant called someone and they worked with me to get me a handicap room for the rest of my 3 day stay
