So much for a pool for my son's bday!

The staff does not know how to take care of a pool. It was unusable for the entire stay. Then the toilet stopped working. We informed the front desk at 430pm on the way out to dinner. We returned at 7pm and still no fix. When I called the front desk, they informed my the maintenance guy went home. Unless I called and made a fuss, they expected me to stay in a room with no toilet.

Candlewood Suites

Pros: All the extra amenities in the room.
Cons: Cleanliness, but it was not nasty by any means.
This hotel has everything that you would need for an extended stay. Makes life a whole lot easier when you need a home away from home. We will definitely be back.

They had "GURANATEED" that we would have a non-smoking room & when we got there is was a smoking room that had been converted to non-smoking & we are highly allergic.
