"The window in our room had been leaking and floor was covered in water. They refused to give us another room/ said it was booked, but maid was cleaning rooms when we got there and the parking lot was empty. He dried the floor with a towel and put one by window. Also the faucet on the sink had mold behind it and the faucet in shower was pulling out of the was. Walls were also dirty!"

"The upgrades in the rooms were nice. Parking was a challenge but staff were very accommodating. Breakfast provided many options and was well stocked. Lost of space to work in the open concept lobby space. "
