Room smelled of stale smoke and the chemical spray they used to try and mask it. Not enough breakfast food to feed all guests. Carpets were filthy and furnishings were old and worn out.

Dirty Room

Pros: Good location very handy for Niagara Falls
Cons: A manage on site to unsure the basics are attended to daily.
On arrival the bed linen had been changed but nothing else in the room had been cleaned ie the toilet was dirty, the fridge had residue from the previous occupants food and the overall appearance of the room was grubby. The check in clerk said he would send the maid to clean the room as he didn't have another room for us after about a 40 minute wait I returned to the clerk to be told we could have a Queen room on the 2nd floor (ours was a King room)but we would have to return to our original room in the morning. As there wasn't an elevator we refused to carry our luggage up the stairs unpack just to do the reverse in the morning and decided to wait for the maid. After about 1 hour I was informed the maid had gone home and as I had paid via Expedia he couldn't give me a refund. It was getting late so I asked for cleaning materials and we cleaned the room ourselves. The next day we were out for most of the day and expected to return to a spotless room only to discover the trash bin hadn't even been emptied. During our stay at this hotel I witnessed 2 arguments between guests and the clerk resulting in 3 police cars arriving on site. At no time was the manager on site and was not available to speak. Since leaving the hotel I have phoned several times and a manager is never available but have now received a full refund from the hotel via Expedia.

The lobby room is dirty and small. Essentially, this comfort inn is a motel with strong smoke smell on the first floor. If you are non-smoker or travel with a kid, this motel is absolutely behind your last choice. I booked one non-smoking room via expedia and arrived at the hotel at 11:45 pm. Unfortunately, the front desk only arranged a room with super strong smoke smell. Furthermore, he didn't arrange another alternator for us. Eventually, we decided to stay one night at another comfort inn in St Catherine. The second one has much better environment, although it is also a motel and post-innovation smell in hall way is still strong. In one word, I will absolutely enter then door of this comfort inn.

Cons: réno.intérieur et extérieur.
Location: près de restaurants,près des vignobles,à près des routes principales,près de Niagara Fall.
bonne accueil ,bien situé pour nous,hôtel vieillot, tapis sale dans chambre,besoin de reno. extérieur et intérieur, déjeuner très bien,lit confortable, pour une nuit pas plus.

Not worth the price

Went with family to visit relatives. Accepted 2 dogs no charge. Room was not very clean. Wall needed repair. Tolet did not work well. Coffee maker did not work at all. Free parking. Free breakfeast OK.

Out Dated

This hotel is very outdated. The table lamp and floor lamp did not work. During our stay it snowed. The parking lot was cleaned at the end of the day, however the sidewalks outside the rooms and leading to the side door entrance (Door didn't work) were never cleaned. We will not stay here again.

Pros: staff was nice
Cons: remove all dust from room allow different shower head setting heat rooms before customer arrives not so cold - take an time to heat rooms up
Location: welland ON Niagara st.
room was not clean- meaning dust everywhere.\ shower had only 1 setting - jet. bed was done -nicely room was not heat well

BAD place to stay

Location: location is good and that is the only thing good
Our stay with you was a horrible experience. We arrived and checked in. The room looked like it had been used and not cleaned properly. I asked the front desk to give us another room.We found that the chairs were absolutely FILTHY, like someone had puked on them. Later we went out to come to a picture that had fallen and broke the glass all over the floor. We called for help and a worker came up and told us that the vacuum cleaner had broke and they could not clean it up. Wow only one vacuum for that huge hotel. What a joke. Then she said the manager wants you to move to another room for safety reasons. After being there for two days. We were so upset. She was alone in that hotel to take care of all the problems. NOT RIGHT AT ALL! Finely we move and I might say that my good friend is disabled walks with two canes and moving us around is not a pleasant experience. We are both 72 years of age and I have a heart condition as well. So now we move into 215 my friend Albert L goes to sit on a chair and the back of the chair falls off. He hurt his back as well. At that point we are totally upset and ready to leave but we are were going to check out the next day so we stayed. At checkout I asked the front desk to simply look at my bill to see what was the bottom line costs were. He said OH NO we can't do that, you booked the room through Expedia and you cannot see the bill, they will send it by mail.
