Convenient locationPosted Jul 14, 2014
We were given a different room than what we booked. But they soon corrected the mistake and gave us the proper one booked with 2 single beds . Another stuff up at check out were they charged my credit card 900$ Although I paid upfront . Management seems to be a bit chaotic . In general staff are friendly but I think experience is lacking

Comfortable in a great locationPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness Spa pool Location
Cons: More free wifi
Location: Right on Cuba street which is great for shopping and eating plus is relatively close to lots of things to do and see around Wellington.
Place was very good and affordable, hotel staff were very nice, right on Cuba street which is so good for getting around and finding good places to eat. Loved having a spa on the premise for the cold nights. Rooms we stayed in was small but good for what we needed with a nice clean bathroom. Complimentary 20mb of wifi was okay as well but since internet is so cheap I don't see why hotels don't just have it for free these days. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent LocationPosted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: Proximity to family living in the city. Quiet, easy to access, within walking distance to shopping, eating and tourist venues.
Cons: Perhaps free paper or meal voucher. We would choose bigger room next time.
Location: Great eating places nearby. easy to walk to shopping and buses. Te Papa, Ten Pin.
Beautiful, character hotel. quiet, clean, smart looking, enjoyed getting into made up bed at end of very busy day. Was perfect location for us as our daughter lived in an apartment just around the corner so we enjoyed breakfast with her each morning before starting our activities for the day. Every thing we wanted to do was within walking distance and anything further afield was accessible by bus. We would stay at Comfort again, but would get a bigger room next time. We just needed a bit more space to spread out in. Staff attentive but unobtrusive.

Pros: customers service
Cons: More sercue windows.
Location: Te papa Restuarants Midnight Cafes
The only thing in our room that was a negative - The windows making noise like someone was tapping on them through the night.Windows had gaps so they rattled.Great customer service and even though rooms are small ,everything was there.

Good comfortable hotelPosted Jun 23, 2014
Close to town. Good comfortable room, on the smaller side but who sits in their hotel room when you go to the city. Perfect for a cheap weekend getaway.
