great for wembley stadium as it's next door!Posted Apr 8, 2015
Location: lots, shopping stadium, cinema right next door.
My home town team somehow managed to get to the FA trophy final so bought tickets straight away and booked the hotel for the Sat night to make a weekend of it with the family. Boys museums and footy, girl went shopping and erm....shopping. Brilliant location for the stadium bit far out for central london with 30 min tube ride in, but meant the M4 was that much closer when leaving Sun afternoon. Brilliant weekend and somewhere nice to sleep - couldn't ask for more. Also booking said breakfast for 2 people when there was 4 booked in, however they didn't charge for the extra breakfasts.

Close to wembley ssePosted Mar 30, 2015
Paid £25 for parking even though upon entry we were led to believe it was free. A shock at the end of a moderate time at the hotel.

A night in WembleyPosted Mar 22, 2015
Came to Wembley too go to a concert at the SSE Arena and chose the Holiday Inn. Perfect location as within a short walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds and everything you would want from a hotel really.

I stayed the night to attend a conference.Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: The staff made the hotel what is was. I found everyone very helpful and they went out of there way to enhance my overall experience.
Cons: I found everything over and above my expectation.
Location: Good bus and underground service plus a new shopping complex close by.
I found the staff to be extremely helpful. They went out of their way to support the holistic experience of my stay. The cleaning staff that I met on route back to my allocated room ensured they smiled and verbally engaged with me. I found the hotel to be extremely good value for money, it was very clean and well maintained. The food an equally pleasant and tasty experience. I enjoyed the swimming pool and spa; it was a warm and enjoyable treat. I would certainly stay in the hotel again should the occasion arise. This was the first time that I have stayed in a hotel on my own. I felt very safe and well catered for. Thank you.

Close to Wembley stadium and arena.Posted Mar 2, 2015
Location: Wembley stadium and arena and a brand new shopping complex.
Stayed here for a night so that we could attend the Queen concert at the arena which was a 2 minute walk down the road. Both concert and hotel were excellent. Rooms were clean and staff friendly and the car park was a lot cheaper than other hotels. Breakfast was also very good.

Online request ignoredPosted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Clean and good position
Cons: Pool area needs updating
Location: Next door to a wembley Stadium and station
When asked for any requests on the booking form I made a request for an additional bed as 2nd child is too large for shared sofa bed in family room. Request was not acknowledged in any way and staff were unaware at check-in and were also rather uninterested in helping out with this request or finding us a suitable room to sleep in. We had an uncomfortable night and my son slept in the floor.

Top hotelPosted Feb 18, 2015

Not badPosted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: Location. Refurbed fbathroom
Cons: Bed, quilt, pillows Include breakfast in rate
Booked a queen room with sofa bed for three people as we wanted a larger room but did not receive this. Bed and quilt was quite small. Would expect breakfast to be included not to have to pay extra. Newly refurbished bathroom was nice, but lacked toiletries. Soft pillows were very firm!
