“Not Impressed”

We stayed in the handicapped room on the first floor--not requested--just assigned. the floor was so slippery after one shower that I almost crashed...could be really dangerous if your really were disabled. The hand held shower was impossible to switch from hand held to the shower head. We tried and tried, but, not possible. the breakfast room was hard to find. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

“Would return just for the view of the lake”

Our room was fine although on the second floor in a building with no elevators. Hostess at the front desk did offer to carry suitcases for us. Our room was very spacious and had a nice balcony with a great view of the beautiful lake. The room where the included continental breakfast is served was lovely, and there was a good variety of food. The only problem was that yogurt that expired on the 15th was still out on the 20th. The manager was told, but she did not remove it. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

We truly had a wonderful stay, our room was spacious and comfortable. We loved how our room looked down on a very well kept park and the lake, the deck included a small table and chairs where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The breakfast that was offered had many options - enough to please everybody. Very friendly staff. We are already planning to make another trip with a longer stay.

“This is the way to enjoy Chelan”

Wonderful facility, amenities, service, and location; only parking was a bit of an issue. Situated adjacent to beautiful, waterfront park. Great views of lake and mountains. Easy access and located less that 5 minutes drive to Chelan Lake cruises and downtown area.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of stay. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends who enjoy going up to the lake.

This hotel qualifies as one of the best I have ever stayed in. The staff from the cleaning ladies to the people at the front desk were friendly, polite., and seemed genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel another time in the future. Also had one of the best breakfasts available to it's guests.

“Cheaper than Campbell's or Great View Lodge”

Compared to the prices of the neighboring hotels in the area,this hotel is way cheaper and well worth the price we paid. Kids enjoyed the pools both indoor and outdoor. The room has a kitchenette and a great view and the complimentary breakfast includes cheese omelette and waffles in addition to a typical continental breakfast.

“Beautiful summer getaway!”

Was not happy about the extra deposit on my card because its a Visa check card! Parking is truely attrocious here. Place was packed, and unless you are driving a true compact car....your going to feel like a sardine no matter what space you get! Best bet, park along side the pool and walk it in! Also tried to call in check out and was put on hold soo long I had time to walk over, wait in line, and check out in person! On the plus side, breakfast was excellent!

“Perfect Weekend Away”

We booked this hotel last minute when we decided to take a quick trip for our anniversary, and we enjoyed our stay! The pool is great and the rooms were big. We had a room on the bottom floor with french doors that opened to the outside patio, which was just a few short steps from breakfast, and the swimming pool. The only suggestions for improvement would be some updates to the decor and furniture in the rooms, the room was so big, even with 2 queen beds, I felt like there was enough room to do cartwheels...I think adding a few pieces of furniture inside the rooms would improve the feel, and make it more cozy. Also, bring swim towels for the pool, the ones they provide are the size of the ones you get at the gym. We would recommend this hotel to others, and would be happy to stay again!
