The location and view of the mountains from the patio were fantastic. The room was tiny and looked out onto the side of another building. However, we were just sleeping there one night so it wasn’t too bad for us. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Order place but very cute. Our room was very nice and cutely decorated. Everything was cleaned except for a couple of stains on the top cover and the shower curtain liner had mold on it.

Not super quiet, but that was due to other guests making a ton of noise outside of our room. Someone else had their tv on all night long, also not the fault of the hotel. People should know, there is no onsite staff after a certain time so check in and be prepared for that. Room was awesome and location couldn’t be beat!

The staff who work here are amazing and very helpful. Other pros: great location, great parking, building has character. Cons: very steep staircase is the only way to to rooms, noisy construction downstairs, noisy mini fridge kept us up at night, no ice available for guests without asking for it to be refilled, old stained bathtub, very tiny rooms, uncomfortable mattresses. It's a great location, but would we stay here again? Definitely no.

The only down side was the smell which is because its an older hotel but it goes away after you are in the room. Oh and stairs. The plus is our room was huge. Hot tub and also jacuzzi and shower was awesome. Never experienced multiple jets. Highly recommend.

Great location! Heart of downtown Leavenworth. Room is enough for a weekend getaway and walking distance with everything in town.

It was not easy to get the key to our room. Staff forgot the leave the key in the folder as he/she is supposed to and nobody answered call to their phone around 6pm for emergency assistance. Had to get Expedia customer service involved in order to get someone from the hotel to respond and provide us with the key. Terrible experience.

We stayed in the jacuzzi king room and it was massive!! We had our own little balcony with the most amazing view, the bed was comfortable, the amenities were wonderful, and it was clean very clean. 10/10 will stay there again! Plus, you’re guaranteed parking for your whole stay.

We enjoyed our stay but for the price of we kinda excited more amenities. We didn’t enjoy the jacuzzi tub but found out many other hotels in the area had one as well as more amenities such as an indoor pool and hot tub or a restaurant in the hotel. Will definitely stay at a different hotel next time.

This hotel is in a great location with parking being easy and convenient. You are at the beginning of front street so you dont miss a thing when walking from one end to another. Only thing we wish was the bed was softer. Way to firm where we didn't get any good rest.

Just average for us. We had to book the 2 bedroom so wished we would have had some living room type space, but it was likely their last one. There were people up late on both sides of us (likely due to a Mardi Gras type weekend). The tub did not appear to have been cleaned but was ok for a shower. The refrigerator was pretty loud though we were able to move the Microwave a bit on the top of it and reduce the vibration noise.

Great location, right in downtown. Easy late night check-in (we arrived on the Amtrak at 8:30pm). Easy access in and out of the building at all hours (locking exterior door that you can access with the provided key). Just wish the Leavenworth Shuttle would pull into the parking lot, but they dropped us off/picked us up from the side of the road.

A bit disappointed that the layout of the pictures shown for the room wasn’t what we got. There was still trash in the room, floors seem dusted, and the bed was noisy when you roll over in your sleep.

Great staffs and so helpful to cater as hoc needs. Ashley is such a great person to help me when my car did not start up she offer to have her start up kits and she accommodate my request to change the room to desire room type. Love the hotel location and staffs

Absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. It was in the center of everything and easy to get back to after a long day of wine tasting. The only thing that was upsetting is that everytime we used the microwave the power would go out. Other than that it was an amazing stay
