Good Restaurant and Room

Posted Feb 19, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed not only the dinner, but also the swimming at hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable.
Cons: I wish the hot tab should have more high temp.
Location: Stevens Pass Ski Area(only 40min from this hotel) and downtown Leavenworth.
We have had a dinner at this hotel. The taste was very good. We thought to go out to downtown first, but it's little bit far away by walking because we have boys. Instead of going out for dinner, we really enjoyed the dinner at the hotel. The restaurant in this hotel served us great meal. They also serve "Happy Hour" even weekend(Sunday).

Overpriced

Posted Jan 21, 2015
The lobby was beautiful and the rooms certainly did not resemble that. The beds were very uncomfortable, a little run down, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. WAY overpriced for what you get. Will be finding another hotel next time I go to Leavenworth.

Location: Walking distance to town center, very quaint little Bavarian town!Lot's of shops, bars & restaurants.
Room was OK,bar staff was very friendly! They had a power outage for a couple of hours the night we stayed...staff didn't offer any compensation for the trouble.

Good visit

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: The room heater
Location: The town was awesome, Visconti's was delicious Italian food. The loft was a low key bar to have a few drinks.
Everything was good especially the breakfast. The only issue was the heater in the room it was either hot or cold.

Not worth the price

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Too far to walk to downtown in winter, covered pool was very uncomfortable, and 20 minute wait to buffet breakfast. Expected more for what I paid.

Not Quite OK

Posted Dec 30, 2014
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Cleaner rooms and updated flooring to have better noise cancelling (the carpeting in both the halls and room was disgusting).
Location: This hotel is about 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile from downtown Leavenworth. Better drive if you're going downtown to shop.
This hotel was OK. The floors aren't very well insulated so there was constant traffic noise, probably made worse by an onslaught of high schoolers. Had only one transaction with staff and that was to ask for a hair dryer that worked. I never got it. Had to use electrical outlet that was behind the nightstand. Apparently, they don't feel the need to dust back there. It would have been an average hotel at about $80/night but it was pretty poor at $245/night. The restaurant was pretty good, though.

Pros: Nice room, beautiful location, excellent breakfast
Cons: Lounge drinks more reasonably priced and more professional service in restaurant.
Location: worked for us
All good except price of lounge drinks "way" to expensive and service in restaurant a little lax. Had to ask for water and silverware.

Spent three beautiful nights. Great food in the restaurant. Amanda was a very attentive server and we requested her table every visit.Thanksgiving dinner was well done with a variety of tasty dishes. Hubby said Gloria gave the best massage ever.

Close to town

Posted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: The town
Cons: The price, we have stayed in great places in the country that are nicer and much more reasonable.
Location: Great town full of fun things to see and do.
Hotel was fine, clean room, very expensive for the vintage structure. Staff a bit cold.
