Sightseeing weekendPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: It is easy to get to and reasonably close for shopping.
Cons: The only food service was a reasonable breakfast buffet on a weekend and while we were there (July 27 & 28 a Sunday and Monday) no dinning room.
We stayed in Wenatchee as it was central for sightseeing.

Clean & ComfortablePosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Staff was friendly, great location, very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Have the restaurant/lounge stay open later (midnight or 1am?)
Location: Ohme Gardens, Downtown Wenatchee, short drive to Lake Chelan.
Great value and location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool looked nice but we did not have time to use it, hopefully next time. As noted by others, the décor is dated, looks like it is from the late 70's or early 80's, but for me that is part of the Red Lion appeal.

ConvenientPosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Close proximity to the downtown area.
Location: close proximity to downtown and nearby shopping and restaraunts
The rooms were well appointed and competitively priced. The vacuuming could have been better as we found "remnants of a previous occupant" in the room. The overall property is showing some signs of aging but all in all it was a nice experience. We were told that the property is for sale so there could be improvements in the future.

Close to white water raftingPosted Jul 4, 2014
It was a quick stay after an all day raft ride. It was good to have a comfortable place to crash.

Nice hotel close to the freeway.Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: It is an older hotel but very clean. Perhaps one year there'll be an update on it.
Location: It is close to the freeway entrance/exit. Downtown is a couple of miles away. Other restaurants are close by. Wenatchee has a lovely riverwalk too.
It was clean and quiet. I especially liked the full breakfast. There is also a nice bar. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
