Beds weren't too comfortable. Found a piece of candy on bathroom floor and paper in shower drain when we arrived, shower pressure was great. Not much of a breakfast--toast, cereal, and juice.

Wouldn't stay again for free.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, and that's about it.
Cons: I don't know if you can improve a place like this. I think as customers we should just avoid it.
Location: We went to hang out at the Casinos. Would have stayed at one of the Casino hotels but they were sold out.
Room smelled like smoke even though it wasn't advertised as a smoking room. TV Didn't work once we wanted to watch some TV and wind down for the evening. Couldn't watch Netflix because the Internet was so slow that performing a google search took 3-4 minutes. We ended up just watching Netflix on our phone while we went to bed. When we came home from the Casino at night, there was some drunk guy sleeping on the ground outside one of the hotel rooms right by the stairs to walk up to our room. Pretty scary stuff. The bed was comfortable, but only having 3 pillows was pretty bad. Overall we decided even if the room was free we wouldn't stay there again.

That hotel offers a place to stay how it should be. It's clean, quiet, friendly staff in a peaceful area.

Wouldn't suggest it..

Asked for extra blankets-told us they would bring them, we never received them. Our room did not get cleaned. Moved to a new room, asked for extra pillows-did not receive those either. Don't think I'd stay here again!

You get what you pay for

Posted May 31, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: everything
Location: not much to do around the hotel unless you drove across the border to the Nevada side. Then there was plenty to do.
The manager of the hotel tried to tell me that I had booked 2 rooms and was going to charge me for 2. I had the email confirmation stating it was for 1 room with 2 beds. The inside of the room was ok. The mattresses were saggy, you could see light from under the door, we had o turn on every light in the room to see, because the light bulbs were so dim. There was a switch on the wall that we had no idea what it did. The alarm clock was broken. There wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed, just a flat sheet.

Only if you have to

There are only a couple hotels in Wendover that allow dogs and this is one. And THAT is the only reason I stayed the night. It was outdated, the room had an odor, and the surround area felt very unsafe. I kept checking the door was locked. I don't scare easily either but this place doesn't have a good feel for it.
