The place was not anything fancy, but fine for a place to stay to crash... you pay for what you get... it was not expensive.

“SUPER FANTASTIC MANAGERS, soooo friendly and obliging”

VERY friendly manager Li took care of us during check-in. Next day told her due to having RA the bed was very hard to sleep on. She and her husband applied to the mattress two very thick (COMFY) foam additions - one on each side. We both slept like babies !! THANK YOU, THANK YOU !! Li was so obliging and I have NEVER had this kind of treatment before, usually you get what you got and complain all you want but nothing would happen - NOT HERE !! Being a diabetic I needed good refrigerant for my insulin and the small refrigerator was absolutely perfect. I would certainly go back and stay there anytime. We also found one awesome price on Expedia and since making reservations way in advance we paid a VERY reasonable price for a 3 night stay - can't beat that in Cape Cod. Those with a family might want to check on the size of the other rooms - we had a queen and probably two queen beds requires a larger room - never hurts to ask what you are getting. Read other reviews and it seems the size of the room was the objection but I also know with traveling quite alot to ALWAYS ask about the size especially with small children that need space to goof around in. Bathroom was clean and I check things out almost with a white glove syndrome and it passed inspection. OVERALL - YES - I highly recommend this place !!

“A big surprise”

I thought a two star hotel would not be very clean or have a personal staff, but I was surprised by the helpful, pleasant, accomodating owners. Certainly the overall amenities were modest (no computer for guests in the lobby, etc.), and there was a charge to use the alarm clock. (?) but when I was lost coming from the airport and I called the front desk, the owner gave me perfect directions and I was happy to find the cheery little colonial-style two story motel. I thought everything was fine and quite the bargain!!! IThe cheerful owners were welcoming and helpful during the five days I stayed there. I would stay there again without any qualms.

“Anniversary Stay”

Hotel is very clean, great bed and surprisingly VERY quiet! Our room was actually facing the busy street and we didn't hear a thing. It was wonderful and great location. Front Desk was great although when I asked for a recommendation to get a lobster roll they told us they had no idea and asked what lobster roll was. Weird since you're on the Cape but overall wonderful and will return next summer.

Welcoming staff..efficient room allocation, close to Bass River in a picturesque location close to restaurants and other amenities. Excellent value for money and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone for a wonderful visit to the Cape..
