Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean and quiet small hotel. Only thing is I couldn’t use the pool because they close early and in the morning they were cleaning it. Thank you to the staff on making us feel welcomed and accommodating and early check in!

Clean and updated property in a great location, close to beaches, restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly / helpful. The room was cleaned/refreshed daily, which post Covid is something many hotels have stopped all together. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool during our stay. I will definitely return to this location when visiting the cape.

The place was clean ,but pool was closed and ice machine was not working the room upstairs us was making a lot of noise during late night hours . Over all was good but for sure it’s not a hotel it gives motel vibe but was clean.

Okay stay. Blankets and sheets were a little suspect, all the blankets had huge bleach stains on them. We ended up throwing our own sheets and blanket on the bed. Otherwise, it got the job done.

We had a great quick trip out to the cape at this property. The front desk was extremely helpful and always available when we needed them. Parking was easy, rooms were clean, and pool was great when the sun finally peeked out. Would definitely recommend!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Basic amenities. No discounts for Military, Law Enforcement, AAA, AARP. Was informed, “it’s because it’s summer.” Overpriced for what you get. You pay for the water bottles. Will not return.

You were aware of the room price when you booked the room and it was not a surprise. After booking you sent us a message seeking a discount. We replied to this message promptly stating that no such discount is available. You were welcome to cancel the reservation at that time for free and book another accommodation. You chose not to do so. Upon checkin you asked for a discount again. When you did not receive a discount you complained and now have left us a negative review. Photos of the rooms along with a list of our amenities are clearly stated. Nothing was a surprise. Clearly, you would only be satisfied if you received a discount. Your behavior and arbitrary negative review hurts small businesses. You should not book a room or buy an item or service if it is not a good financial fit for you. Sincerely Management

Okay for a couple of nights. It’s near most attractions in the Dennis area and only five minutes from the beach. The property is a little tired but the bed was comfortable and the staff was really friendly. Biggest complaint was the humidity in the room. The air conditioning units are wall mounted and draw in air from the outside. It was a really raining weekend and the AC did a bad job of drying out the air before it was circulated into the room. Although it was cold, the air was “sticky”, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I slept in a tent during a rainstorm instead of a hotel room. I wouldn’t rush back here but it was fine for a last minute stay over a holiday weekend.

Each unit consists of its own individual compressor and you do not share your air with anyone. These are the best units in the market. Everything was spotless and it’s clear the owners take pride in the place. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the garden seating areas to the back. Kitchenette was unusually well-supplied. (I would’ve appreciated one more kitchen chair in king suite for our party of three adults, but that’s about it.) We chose the Inn because we could bring our dog, and I’d happily return there.

Overall. I would stay here again. Good;Good location. Staff was very friendly. Free cappuccino. Nice hardwood floor. Nice soap, shampoo products, bed was comfortable, we didn’t have time to use any amenities but they have fire pit shuffleboard, pool. Free parking air conditioning was quiet and effective Bad: Room had electric air freshener that was overpowering. My pajamas smelled even the next day. Could hear the conversation in the next room. Broken towel rack. Old tile that was in good shape but outdated.

From the very friendly check in to the immaculately cleaned room, this was such a pleasant surprise. The grounds and pool were beautifully kept. It shows that the owners truly care about their guests. Oh and did I mention…. It’s pet friendly!!!
