Its average The staff member didn't fix my window cover while i made complaint about. By the time i checked out at 6 am in the morning nobody was at the desk so i ended up giving my keys to transport guy. Food was average not many fish items. Overall average. If you have better option then i don't recommend this place to stay.

The food was good, beach was beautiful and staff were nice. But the rooms were small and outdated. There was not even a chair to sit in. Also the green rooms advertised are for members only. If you aren't picky about rooms you can have a great time. I got over it because the place was clean. Had a blast! Watch out for the seagulls. They will try to get your food on the beach.

Generally a nice relaxing place. I have two suggestions. First, heat the pool in the colder months so people are comfortable. The ocean and pool were so cold it was uncomfortable. Second, why was there no bacon for the early risers? It didn't come out until 9 each day.

It was nice not to have other resorts on the beach. Beach and ocean was an A. We liked the eco friendliness of the resort. Bring your yetties no bottled water. And bar drinks stay cold on beach/pool. Unfortunately the Junkanoo Cafe food was fair at best. Lots of carbs/starches and the food was cold. The rooms need an update and there was a lack of attention to detail. For example our toilet paper holder was broken. It was hard to find fresh washcloths from housekeeping. There also should be a better way to communicate with your guests what is going on at the resort on a daily basis. We were also disappointed to find that we could not eat at one of your dinner restaurants every night. When we booked ALL INCLUSIVE we know that means you have access to all food options like in other resorts we visited. The pool was cold and lacked shaded areas. The food by the pool/beach had a nice set up with food but again it was cold. Cold hamburgers and fries just are not tasty. Cooked to order would have been better and worth the wait for hot food.

We specifically requested King beds during booking and were told that none were available. Beds were small, which made sleep for the week extremely uncomfortable. Our A/C also leaked onto the floor (puddles, needing towels for cleanup), and we have been hounded with calls from the resort for timeshare purposes since our stay.

Property was nice, however there were several parts of the stay that made it less than acceptable. 1. Unless you pick up beach towels before 9am they will be out for the day. Which leads the customers to keep them overnight, buy more. 2. You cannot book restaurants upon check-in and they are sold out for the week. We questioned so they booked our party of 6 for a table for 4. But upon arrival and through most the entire meal there were 5-6 out of 20 tables actually had people sitting at it. Keep in mind you only get two booked meals, best of luck making it happen. 3. Buffett was nothing worth raving about. Most of it was bland and didn’t make sense especially on themed nights. Do not go with children that do not want to venture out into entree options that are odd. Overall not kid friendly when it comes to food. And the 3 adults didn’t like much of what we had to seek out each night. 4. No hot water the last day we were there. 5. Jerry the manager at Dolce vita, Jedd with the entertainment staff and the entire dive staff was exceptional!
