New hotel. clean and great location near shops and restaurants minutes from downtown Pittsburgh.

The rooms and the rest of the hotel were extremely clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast plentiful. I would suggest this location for anyone, be it a family or or business people.

“Great New Hampton INN”

This is a new Hampton Inn and it was wonderful. Melinda cleaned our room everyday and left it sparkling and clean. The pool was great, we love the location and this hotel is much more reasonably priced than others in the same area. This is our new go to place when we visit the grandkids!!!

“Fresh, clean and roomy”

While we did have difficulty locating the hotel at first, it is well located with restaurants in close proximity. The hotel was perfectly clean, and the queen suite room was HUGE and more than adequate for our family of five. The big screen TV and large desk area were a welcome sight.

“Clean hotel on the waterfront”

This was a clean hotel and we had a good experience staying here. We did have trouble finding the hotel while using our GPS as one part of the route was not accessible. We called the hotel for directions and they suggested putting in a different city into the GPS. Seems like they had other customers have the same experience. Would have been nice to know that before we got lost!

“Great hotel for on-the-go family”

The hotel seemed new and clean, and the room was very spacious, which was great. The pool was very nice and the location was pleasing. The view out our window was a wall about 2 feet away, so that wasn't so great. Overall it was fine though.

“DISHONEST STAFF!!!”

Dishonest staff- Asked for a room change and they claim they were 100% booked and had no flexibilty. When we walked in from dinner we over heard a phone conversation that 3 rooms were available.
