Would stay away...

Posted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: nothing really
Cons: hotel management needs to be friendlier. Hotel needs an updating renovations wise.
Location: Mamilla Mall, Old City, Western Wall, Prime Ministers Residence, Great Synagogue, City Center
Hotel did not have proper room to accommodate what we paid for. First room had some sort of a sewer backup so they switched us. However we paid for 2 beds and only got 1.... 2 adult men on 1 bed...... It was non-refundable so we had no choice. Hotel management did not help. Hotel need major updating. Rooms are tiny and old. the 2 rooms that we had both smelled bad. I would stay away from this hotel.

lindo por fuera, viejo en las habitaciones

Posted Feb 25, 2015

Great location in the centre of the city

Posted Jan 6, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, comfort.
Cons: Clock in room. A note about the shower curtain.. you need to put both layers of the curtain in the bathtub not to flood during a shower.
Location: Center of the city.. plenty of buses nearby. close to light rail. Supermarket across the street. Laundry around the corner. Close to old city.
Excellent staff, room was ready early, we received a complementary dinner upon arrival for a 2 week stay.. free wi fi in the room. Newly renovated lobby and rooms. Comfortable beds. Refrigerator, hot water for tea and coffee and safe in room. Balcony overlooking the old city. Breakfast was plentiful with a nice variety, not rushed. Friday night dinner and Saturday lunch, nice variety, buffet style. Free wi fi in the lobby.

Perfect modestly priced hotel @ heart of Jerusalem

Posted Dec 21, 2014
Pros: I liked the price, the location, the professional & friendly staff, the clean comfortable rooms.
Cons: For its price, nothing. It is NOT a destination hotel, but rather a perfect place to stay for traveling in Jerusalem (or elsewhere) during the day.
Location: Everything in Jerusalem is convenient from here -- either by bus or a short taxi ride.
The hotel is a modestly priced hotel in the heart of Jerusalem. It has all the comforts you need from a hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Good for the price - but watch your credit card

Posted Dec 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
Excellent location, walking distance to all I needed. The room is relatively small, and would have been really tight for two people. Water supply was disconnected without any advanced notice, which was pretty significant for me having returned from a run and unable to shower. I would have planned my day differently had I known the problem even a should time in advance. I left behind some cloths, which I was able to retrieve a few days after. Thank you for that. My main issue is the billing procedure. My invoice was on $498, which I paid in full upon check-out. However, there is still a $400 additional charge on my credit card. I assume that it is some sort of security deposit, but it should have cleared the moment payment was made. Here I am, almost 10 days after checkout, and the $400 charge is still there, which forces me to make overseas calls to Prima Kings and my credit card company.
