Bed spread dirty

Placed seemed dirty. Air conditioner not cooling, was hot in room. No hangers, table or chairs.

Old hotel, rooms wasn't what i expected it was dirty had to change rooms. Manager wasn't so nice.

The room was in need of desperate repair. The ceiling had huge stains, the refrigerator needed defrosting and the pillows were horrible! There were pieces of marijuana cigarettes laying all over the walk way. When I booked the room I didn't know there were rooms to rent by the month. Hotel's that do that usually have a lot of issues. We were only staying the night because of Southland. Next time I'll know better and stay somewhere else.

horrible service

absolutely horrible me and my fiance checked in for Valentines day only to find out that I had given our room away because we arrived after 12 o'clock. they then informed us that the only way to stay would be to pay for the room for another night. That was absolutely absurd seeing that everything was sold out.

Frozen Night

I had to stand outside for bout 20-25 min why I was getting checked in...When I got to room the heater did not work and it was freezing all night long.I called front desk and she was no help...:-)

Unfriendly and slow staff, seemed unconcerned about guests. TV was old and very poor picture, very fuzzy. Heater very loud. Only coffee for breakfast, nothing else.

Convenient location, Night auditor did not know what pre-paid meant and had to call Hotel dot com to verify no payment was due. Description of hotel indicated that breakfast was included, that is incorrect.

i had to use the shower to heat the room with steam. the cable tv did not work right, channels not coming in,static.

I booked this location because it was cheap and pet friendly, but I won't repeat. The room was nasty, and the property hasn't been updated in ages, if ever.
