We have stayed here several times and have been pleased with the quiet area and cleanliness of the facilities. The beds are comfortable and the showers are fine. The breakfast however is poorly maintained and the supplies slim. You really have to get up early to have any selection. I do recommend the place for comfort and cleanliness.

I’ve started here now six times or so and this time was a much different experience. I was given a second floor room instead of first and it went from pretty nice to pretty gross fast. The bedding on the first floor is nice and relatively new. Second floor bedding looks decades old and there is a smell I couldn’t identify (musty-ish). If I can’t get a first floor room in the future I probably won’t stay here.

So sorry to hear your stay wasn't top notch. In the future please specify on your reservation that you need main floor or call the hotel so we can make sure you get main. As for the smell, I am sorry - we do our best to air out the rooms. As for the bedding, we do have some rooms that have the different spreads but there are not very many. We hope that you will come again and stay with us.

I was incredibly impressed especially for the price. It was very clean with comfortable accommodations. I appreciated the 5am start for breakfast!!

The room had a distinct smoke smell. It was a non-smoking room. I was told that some rooms in the hotel "used to be" smoking rooms, and they were unable to get the odor out of the room. I was also told they did not know which rooms used to be non-smoking rooms, so it wouldn't do me any good to change rooms.

Pool was not open. We picked Horizon for pool. Grandkids were with us and planned to swim. No notice prior to arrival. Also, toilet tank was leaking. Front desk staff did help and it stopped. Also, not Kleenex in the room.

So sorry about the pool. It was posted on all websites and social media about the pool. When you book on line we are not able to tell you about it before hand. So glad that the desk staff was able to fix the toilet for you. Sorry that the Kleenex slot was empty - I do hope that you asked for a box at the front desk. Low staff seems to be the problem
Unfortunately like everywhere they seem to be understaffed. Because of that I had to wait over an hour at the front desk to get a room. When I got to the room there was no toilet paper or towels. Four phone calls (with no answer) later I approached the desk not once but three times to get some towels and toilet paper delivered. On the fourth try, the following day, when I ran into an employee in the hallway by my room, I finally got what I needed.

Oh my goodness - 1000 apologies to you. You must have gotten our latest lazy, recently let go employee. I'm so sorry for your terrible experience. Please know that this is not the normal for our hotel. Hiring good help is certainly hard these days! We have addressed this issue and strive to provide better training so no one else has to experience this. Hope you will come again to see how awesome we really are.
