We had a charming welcome on our return to this hotel which we last visited about eight years ago. The reception and other staff were friendly, efficient and very well trained. Our room was comfortable and well equipped with a splendid Macintosh TV/computer and a lovely view over the gardens. The en-suite was spacious and all was spotless and excellently maintained. There is a well stocked 'honesty' bar and at dinner we enjoyed an excellent choice from an a la carte menu; our meals were expertly prepared and very pleasantly served. The wine list was put together by an enthusiast and offers a good choice of well chosen, fairly priced, bottles. During dinner our bedroom curtains were drawn and the bed turned down for us. Altogether a delightful place to stay.

2nd time I've stayed at the Old Thorns Manor, make sure you bring some gym wear and swimwear as the gym is awesome with a fabulous assortment of equipment and the pool/spa is fantastic! All staff were really professional/friendly!

I booked a two night Stay at Cisswood House Hotel during a business trip to Horsham. Although my stay was short I was very well looked after and I could attend my business in Horsham refreshed and energised.

I recently spent two days and nights at Forest Mere - my first experience of a Champneys Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of keep fit classes and options available all day. The views across the folly pond were delightful, as was the birdlife.
Meals in the restaurants were delicious, and although there was no bar for cocktails, ice buckets were easily available......
The therapists were well trained and gave good value for money.

Really nice few days in this hotel. Stayed at the beginning of the week in November so bit quieter which suited us. Weather not brilliant so very much took advantage of the spa attached to the hotel. Staff friendly and food in restaurant very tasty. This is definitely a place to visit for a treat.
