Easy to access from M23

Posted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: Good location and easy access
Cons: Parking area could be levelled off & somehow sectioned better, as it was difficult to park (bus) yet the ground surface was uneven, so drive with care
Location: Close to M23 and access for Gatwick Airport
For the purpose of our stay, this hotel was adequate, though very dated. For the price we paid it was okay, though not a hotel I would choose for a more leisurely stay. Noise from nearby motorway was loud, and no double glazed window to help soften the noise. Would only recommend as a budget priced hotel, convenience for airport.

Architecture and surroundings.

Pros: Nice architecture of the hotel.
Cons: Opening times of the bar. Would be nice if earlier for guests staying more than one night.
The architecture and surroundings are reminiscent of warmer country.

The hotel could be lovely, but has many signs of neglect.

After reading up on the hotel and the facility it has and the cost I went for it , when I arrived I was asked to pay a extra cost for using a credit card which wasn't mention on the website , also when I arrived at the gym I was told I had to pay a extra cost of £4 to use the facility's which wasn't mentioned on the website .

Not to be recommended

Posted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Not much at all really.
Cons: All of the above.
Location: Location was okay and didn't stay for long enough to do things nearby.
Very basic, very small room and unimpressive bathroom. Dirty carpet and brown sludge came from shower head. Bed far to small (more a single than a double). Also very noisy traffic outside room from the early hours of the morning. Staff not particularly helpful.

This hotel will not under any circumstances alliw an early check in. The staff are rude and speak very poor English. I have travellef the world but still i feel i have stayed in a more welcoming hotel in North Korea.

Pros: Anonymity. Room. Price
Cons: Car park boggy and needs surfacing. Hard to find a free space
Location: Gatwick and M23
Large hotel with comfortable rooms. No Ritz but perfectly adequate. Bar service lacklustre but helpful reception staff.

Standard Hotel

Pros: Closeness to where i needed to be.
Cons: Cleanliness, needs a bit of updating, TV's sometimes didnt work
Just stayed there for a couple of days, due to work commitments. Not luxurious, you get what you pay for. Close to M23 and Gatwick Airport
