Cons: Front desk staff
We arrived at this hotel from Gatwick for a few hours rest before our flight to Barcelona. They advertise as at the airport but be aware this is not at the airport. Be prepared for a €17 taxi fare! Upon arrival we asked for an early wake up call at 6 and a taxi ready for 6:45. We plugged in two pMobile phones to charge and the room fuse blew. My husband had to go down to get someone to come and reset it. They advertise half an hour of free wifi however the signal is too week from the room and after many attempts we had to go to the lobby to get good signal. The morning came and NO wake up call. Thankfully my daughter set her mobile phone as a backup and at 6:30 I called to make sure the taxi was going to be on time and the person at the front desk had no idea we needed one. I would not recommend this hotel and will make sure any friends and family traveling through do not fall for their false advertising.

Pros: Customer Service concierge by far greeted me greatly and took extra care in hotel needs that I had.
Cons: physical location of the site should be closer to gatwick.
Location: horrible location.
I stayed for a day at this hotel located in Worth (very far from the airport). The location was horrible so far into no mans land in the woods somewhere and getting local transit is impossible. you'll have to spend a little on the taxi fare that the front concierge will do book for you in the morning relatively cheap compared to the overly expensive taxis at the airport. Otherwise everything was great the customer service is on point and check in and check out was quick and easy.

Good position, slightly complicated to find, Only niggle rooms 200 up are on the UK first floor therefore slightly confusing, ok foR the Europeans i SUPPOSE.

Impressive staff

The staff were remarkably helpful. They printed off my boarding pass free of charge and when I returned from my holiday to pick up my car they remembered my name. My Room was initially cold but I praise them for trying to reduce their energy consumption.

We were dismayed by three things" - the hotel is a 16-18 pd taxi from the airport - no airport shuttle - we book two rooms - 1 for three - only two sets of towels

Hotel ok as an overnight stop before flying out of Gatwick. The room was comfortable however very cold, which is unusual for a hotel room.

Holiday Inn Crawley

Pros: The friendliness of the hotel staff. Room rates were very competitive
Cons: The wifi was not adequate to provide a decent QoS. Although you received 30 minutes free , a number of Holiday inns i have stayed in wifi was free.
I found the stff very friendly whether it was on reception or in the restaurant. Having stayed in many Holiday Inn's around the world I found having to pay fior WiFi in this day and age very antiquated. Free wifi these days is an essential way of inducing more people to stay.

Could not get there. No Taxi service no shuttle due to flooding. Had to stay at airport hotel. Called hotel first to see if they would call for taxi to pick us up at the airport. We had no phones. They would not but did not tell us about the flooding. Had to pay for room we could not get to, no fault of our own, no assist from hotel. Terrible experience. We had flight back to USA next morning so we walked to hotel near the airport. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service/assistance.
