Pay for parkingPosted Mar 27, 2015
Cons: Not charge for parking, relocate disabled parking places next to the walking exit
Arrived at the hotel, disabled parking spaces were not close to walking exit to get to the hotel. On arrival at reception we were told their was a £10 parking charge which we were not expecting. Yes the cost of the room was very reasonable but had we known about the parking charge we may well have stayed somewhere else. Room was a good size, amenities in the bathroom, the bed was too soft but that is always a personal thing.

Airport HotelPosted Mar 2, 2015
Weder Check in, noch Check out hat fehlerlos funktioniert. Anfahrt von der M23 durch Feld und Wiesn. Zimmer sehr gut. Überzogene Preisstruktur (10 GBP Parken, 10GB Internet). Zur Not wieder, ansonsten nicht.

DisappointingPosted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: Staff always very pleasant and hotel clean.
Cons: Check amenities work correctly and advise visitors they may be put in disabled accommodation.
Location: Excellent location, near airport and central for our family visits.
Checked in to find we had been put in a disabled room. Heating had to be reset by reception requiring a visit to reception. Shortly after we found loo did not flush. Had to request assistance again from reception. Receptionist came and loo did flush albeit weakly. Next morning initially did not flush but had to pump button a few times before it decided to flush, again half heartedly!

Nice hotel in good locationPosted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Its cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere

Location: Very close links to Gatwick, Brighton, Crawley and the M25.

Excellent hotel in a very good locationPosted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: Everything - the location, the room, the staff, the breakfast; everything!
Cons: Have own GYM for guest use only. Create more space where guest can take early morning walk/jog. Roads leading to the hotel aren't pedestrian friendly
Location: The location is great. Crawley leisure park was about 10 minutes drive away from the hotel and provides fantastic dining experience, cinemas, etc.
We were welcome with cheerful, helpful and understanding hotel staff. The hotel itself is very neat and we think, they pay very good attention to hygiene and all round cleanliness. The room that was initially allocated to us was not too great but as soon as we notified the front desk staff, he was just too pleased to change the room to a more comfortable and easily accessible room. The hotel can serve well for long term holiday, weekend breaks or just simply for a short time of relaxation with spouse, family, friends. Internet access and parking facility are surcharged but with good interpersonal relationship, it can be negotiated for less than full price! The breakfast was fantastic & sumptuous! Great experience in all.

Cuesta un poco encontrarlo, y mas por la noche, ya que esta bastante alejado de todo, pero el hotel en su esta completamente nuevo, las habitaciones son nuevas y muy cómodas

Less than 10 minutes to Gatwick airport.Posted Jan 15, 2015
Pros: Very well priced, good room service, choice of meals.
Cons: Booking for a taxi to Gatwick online before arriving at the hotel.
Location: We didn't do anything around because we arrived at 6 pm and were leaving at 7 am.
A good option for those who don't want to travel by train, taxi or bus on the day of departure, this hotel offers good price especially because it is located very near Gatwick airport. Very quiet, very clean, it is hard to find something to complain about.

Nice hotelPosted Jan 6, 2015
Pros: Decent hotel.
Location: Location was a bit out of nowhere but it was only for a night so it was okay for us.
It was a regular Holiday Inn and our stay was pleasant.

So close to being excellentPosted Jan 4, 2015
Cons: Cost of Parking.
I would of given the hotel 100% if it was not for the case that the first room I had was not cleaned (Tip money on table and ucky bedsheets) and the parking is £10 a night. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and I have been at hotels at Gatwick Airport where it is £10 a night.
