Stank of dog upon entry, there were sick stains outside of the bedroom door as well as at the side of the bed. I ended up finding somewhere else to stay due to the unpleasant smells and stains

The hotel is very run down. The bathroom and main bedroom lights in the first room I was given didn't work. I was moved room but the next was hardly better. Lights also barely worked. You had to mess around with the switches to get them to stay on. No Aircon and it gets hot in the rooms. Shower had no pressure and let out a trickle of water. Really low standard, even for a Travelodge.

Bedding nice and clean and bathroom except for limescaled tap. Windowsill rotten. Carpet faded and stained in corridor. Seemed new on other floors. TV VERY small. Only 30 mins free WI-FI. Breakfast extra. Poor value for money.

Very spacious room- basic but all that we needed for a one night stay. Car park was close. Limited number of car parking places but we drive round the block and came back again and found a space. Rather gritty stairs going back up to hotel but ok if you hold your nose! Hotel room was perfectly clean.

Very basic but perfectly fine
My first time in a Travelodge. Very basic (no telephone, no hairdryer, no toiletries except for a single small bar of soap, no restaurant) but perfectly fine for an overnight stay. I've used much higher name hotels which didn't have the same standards of cleanliness as this one.

Sea gulls and church bells.
Hotel good, clean and comfortable. The problem was the noise of pigeons and seagulls in the early hours and the church bells that rang for about an hour and a half. I would stay again but not on a Saturday night.
