Cons: where do i start
Arrived after driving 230 mile very tired requested non smoking double room 4 month earlier but was given smoking room ,i could not breath in the room so i complained and was told there are no rooms available but i was not happy with this and finally was given twin room for the first night then double room for the second night. For 4 star hotel i was expecting more next time i will not be staying at this hotel.

Central, city hotelPosted Oct 13, 2013
Pros: The hotel lobby and dining room are spacious. The staff are friendly.
Cons: The standards of hygiene did not meet my expectations.
Location: One can walk or drive to all parts of Bradford. The Cathedral, museums and shops are nearby.

A very good hotel with no car parkPosted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: Good sized, clean room
Cons: The hotel needs an upgrade, it is not acceptable to have windows falling out. It was a pity that customers had to pay for parking.
Location: It was right in the town centre and you 5 minutes walk from the bus and railway stations.
Although there was a problem when I checked in, as the room I was allocated was closed as the main window in the bedroom had fallen out (the maintenance man said that because it was an old hotel this happened all the time.) When I went back to reception they changed my room straight away and I was given a very good room. The hotel was right in the centre of Bradford but had no hotel parking, but it did have an NEC car park next door, I only arrived in an evening and left at 7.00 am next morning and it still cost me £7.50, this needs to be added on to your accommodation rate if you are going to stay at the hotel. The next time I stay in Bradford I will make sure the hotel has a free car park. Overall the hotel was very good, and always had plenty of staff around even late at night or early in the morning.

Great Hotel in Centre Town for Families & BusinessPosted Aug 19, 2013
Pros: Location, Cleanliness, Excellent Customer Service from All the Staff
Cons: No Air-Conditioning or Fridges in the Rooms
Location: In the Centre of Town next to the Bradford Interchange Railway Station
This was the third time my family and I stayed at this hotel in Bradford. We travelled up from London to family and relatives in Bradford and we booked 4 Twin Guest Rooms (plus a baby cot) for 5 nights. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of town close to all the local amenities and is also just in front of the Bradford Interchange Railway Station. It has an NCP car park next door with discounted rates as well as lots of on street parking. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the room we stayed in (twin guest rooms) were comfortable. The level of customer service from all the staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the room service and cleaning staff was excellent. They were all very polite, professional, friendly, courteous and very helpful. We will definitely be staying there in the The only reason I did not give this hotel a 5 Start Rating for Comfort of the Room and the Overall Rating is because it does not have any Air-Conditioning or fridges in the rooms. However, the hotel staff were very helpful and kindly provided fans in each of our rooms and a fridge in one of the rooms for my disabled mother to store her insulin.
