We stayed there for one night and picked it on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised. Large room and separate room for sofa bed for kids. We liked the dining options and that the menu for Hide & Steak was in the room. Ali the duty manager was very friendly and helpful. All the staff were lovely, kind and friendly. We would stay there again.

New Year stay
Only issue we had other than no one on reception at 1:15 a.m. 3/1 when we returned was my brother, who kindly came to greet us and helped carry our luggage to our room, has received a parking charge, he was on the grounds for 17 mins, would like this rectified asap, his reg was AV11FBX. We shall be returning in April as hotel is very comfortable and close to family who we visit regularly.

Excellent value for money. Really nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff and rooms were large and comfortable. Would recommend and we'll be looking to stay again if we're in Leeds in future

Good , recommend stay, could of been better
Would stay again noting good car parking and links to surrounding areas, including pleasant staff and cleanness. Being the further end of the hotel, it was frustrating that two out of the three night stays I had to return to receptionist due to a default with the key also not having milk / tea / coffee replenished .

None of the electric worked in the room they didnt change us rooms, the rooms didnt look like the photo they was very back dated, the staff was very welcoming and the rest of the hotel was nice

Sorry you did not have a good experience. We have checked the electrics since and found no issues.Logged with our maintenance team to check.Usually, we would swap rooms, but Saturday was a busy night for us and we were too full to do this.

Great parking with camera. In lovely countryside area. Staff friendly and helpful. Visiting sister nearby so only used room overnight. We were upgraded on arrival to lovely big room on first floor. Cleaned both days we were there. No negatives at all and would use again.

Perfect position for the southern parts of Leeds, without being in Leeds, where accommodation tends to cost a fair bit more. Very tasty food from the restaurant, which was reasonably priced too. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, I often stay nearby but that was fully booked on this occasion. Executive room was really nice and lots of room in it for the price. Food was good, not sure about the revving Lambo and please fix the lift.

Nice Hotel .
We arrived at 8pm , quick check in , need more pillows . Only one complimentary mint chocolate and 1 biscuit, there was two of us ! Room was quiet , no 21. We had 2 power cuts due to the storm , came back on at 2am in the morning. Someone banging doors at 4.16am arrgh! Didn’t have along sleep as we had to be up at 6.30am and on the road by 7.45am. We would stay again , but prefer it to be a leisure stay as it looked a nice Hotel.

Avoid the place
Reception area was beautiful after that it went rapidly downhill. Room was boiling air con fuse had been removed. Beds— double bed was broken the divan base was all caved in Sofa bed — well it wasn’t usable slats missing the mattress was torn and burnt Carpet was filthy Shower was broken where you couldn’t switch shower heads around but bathroom was actually clean From 10pm all electrics went off I was in the shower when this happened We have emailed the place regarding a refund. Still waiting for a reply Restaurant- don’t eat the burgers you spend half the time chewing on bones Staff in there don’t know how to use the system for ordering & paying bills
