“Price over Quality”

Plus points are the fantastic cheap price & that it is within 10-15mins walk of the town centre. Negatives include the area the hotel is located in is run down, derelict buildings within 2-3mins walk. Rooms back onto a courtyard where the pub drinkers downstairs can stay out until 11:30pm - therefore if you need to be up early the next day (like I did) be aware of this, because you wont get an early night. Service was not as professional as other hotels I have been at. Came across like they were surprised someone was staying there. Overall, if you want to stay here, its price over quality.
