Perfect for a city breakPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: the staff were helpful and pleasant
Cons: the carpet in our room was quite dirty, so cleaning it would be an improvement
Located 5 minutes walk from the Railway Station and 10 minutes walk from the Trinity Centre. Good value for what we paid

Great city break!!Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: The staff, the facilities of the hotel, and the location. Superb breakfast !!! Quality products and good selection.
Cons: Only the weather !!!!! Not the responsibility of the hotel.
Location: Right in the city centre of Leeds near the railway station with all the city's amenities on your doorstep.
We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by a charming young man, Javier, who dealt with our check in in a very professional but friendly manner. We requested a quiet room on a high floor and we were very impressed by the size and standard of the room, bathroom products very good. Used the well equipped gym, clean and well maintained. On the day of check out we requested a later leaving time which was granted with no problem and significantly helped with our onward journey. The staff are a credit to the hotel company.

Close to the city centre.Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Close to the city centre.
Cons: I noticed a number of staff were not British and at some points we could not understand what they were saying so they had to repeat themselves.
Location: Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants etc on the doorstep.
We arrived about 2.45pm on the day of our overnight stay. We had 3 rooms booked and were told that only 1 room was available at that time and as reception were busy we would have to keep nipping down to them to check when the other 2 rooms would be ready. It was a good job we were close family and were able to use the 1 room until the other 2 were ready as I thought check in was after 2pm?
