Cons: Bar needs to spend some money on glasses, only one or two specialised drink glasses
Bar needs more specialised glasses, work trip, near to nice part of Leeds

Pros: Central location
Cons: Lost Property protocol. Answering the phone internal and external calls.
Location: everything walkable
Great pillows - ordered when I got home. Left my electric toothbrush behind. Longwinded efforts to find it.

Very good stay...lovely room...delays in servicePosted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: The centrallocation ad the rooms.
Cons: Service at the bar and at breakfast could have massive improvements...need more staff on duty who are efficient and attentive.
Location: Central Leeds, 5 minute walk to The Leeds arena.
Excellent location, central Leeds. Lovely room, had an executive twin. Spacious, clean, good facilities. Had to request coffee capsules as none in room on arrival. Only downside, after attending an event at Leeds Arena, came back to hotel for drinks. Waited 40 minutes for a drink. Very few staff on and yet guests were expected to return together after theevent. Poor for a hotel of this standard. This is my second stay, and the same thing happened before. Breakfast nice, but table service slow. Waited 10 mins to get a poached egg, had eaten rest of my breakfast! Had a dirty mug which I asked to be replaced. The waiter took 10 mins to bring a new mug. I asked another member of staff who replaced it quickly. When finished breakfast, the dirty plateswere left on our table at least 20 mins, not good. All in all, a good central hotel with excellent rooms. Poor bar service and breakfastservice. Not the staff;s fault, just not enough staff on duty to manage.

Pros: Clean, modern, clean and comfortable in a perfect location for the city centre.
Cons: It would be nice to see some greenery outside the room windows eg Room 252
Location: We came on the weekend of the family cycling and it was nice to hear live music and people having fun. The trinity market food hall was awesome.
The hotel was in a perFect location for our Grand theatre visit. Perfect parking spot bringing us up the lift to the hotel lobby. Room excellent with all mod cons and the breakfast was second to none. a lovely stay and the Wicked musical was Brilliant!.

Location: The hotel was close to many galleries, the University and shopping. It was also very close to the train station.
This hotel was in an excellent location and the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed.
