Hampton Inn Chicago/Westchester (Oak Brook)

Very clean rooms Great breakfast Nice location, not to far from Chicago For the price, definitely recommended!

Overall a good experience. The front desk staff was not very helpful with a parking lot issue we had. Nice variety of tea and coffee. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds with great pillows. Nice clean bathroom, although, there was no overhead fan in the bathroom to keep the mirror clear. All in all, a good deal for the price.

We booked 1 room with 2 double beds (3 people) through Expedia which was confirmed. When we checked in at the hotel, we were told there was only 1 room left with only 1 double bed. The front desk person and the supervisor we talked to over the phone said they CAN'T HELP and CAN"T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! The supervisor even hung up on me. Our reservation was in the hotel's computer. (In fact they had 5 similar rooms available! This was heard when he talked to his manager and when he communicated to Expedia). We ended up with one person sleeping on the floor! They don't know what customer service is! Can't believe this happened in the US!

We had a very lovely weekend in Chicago!!

We appreciated as a family the care and attention we received.

We were in Chicago to help our son move to a new apartment so we only had a short visit but our stay at Hampton Inn was very enjoyable, the room was beautiful and very clean, we took advantage of the recommendations for local restaurants from Hotels.com and had a good dinner and the complimentary breakfast the next morning was great! Will definitely stay again on our next visit to see our son.
