I reserved a room with a roll in shower, on line, and later received a text informing me there was not a room available with a roll in shower for some strange apparent reason, when it was clearly on line! Then i called and spoke with a representative and request for cancellation on their end, i notice they didn’t cancel it or was unable to do so for some strange apparent reason! My question is, how can you not cancel a reservation when you are actually on the phone with the customer (isn’t phone conversation recorded now days), i just can’t comprehend when you personally have confirmation to do so from the customer/client on the phone!
