We loved this place. The heating is centralized so you can get cold - just ask for a heating unit and they will bring it up to your room. Spacious, nicely designed. Perfect for a family.

"Very convenient close to new MTR"
Needed a hotel in Kennedy Town. Will definitely stay at Mia Casa next time. Good size room very clean. Only problem is that fridge froze everything. Easily fixed. Good service towels etc.

"Simple, affordable, weird breakfast"
Room was small but fine for one. It came with a double bed, fast wifi, tv with 4 channels, working aircon which could be set to any temperature you want, 2 new bottles of water each day. The free breakfast included bread, waffles (just the kind you put in the toaster) and orange juice, along with an odd selection of nachos (amusingly labelled cornflakes), cherry tomatoes and chinese noodles. Tea and coffee also was available. Towels were replaced daily. I just used this place as a bed for the night while visiting family who live nearby

"Fine with such price"
Target at low budget hotel in hk island for just one night, with a convenient location, tram, bus, MTR, eateries within a few minutes walk, make this hotel unbeatable. If just for one night, no open window shouldn't be a problem but a too cold air-con can be unbearable, have to switch it off sometimes. Noise from corridor and on-going maintenance works may disturb the light sleepers.

"Economical, well located hotel in Hong Kong"
I had a comfortable stay for two nights prior to work commitments in the New Territories. It provided a low cost, well-located stopover, ideal for shopping.

Pocket Guide: Hong Kong Western District Independent Hotels

Get a feel for the Hong Kong of old. Start at the Chinese Central Market (the tender-hearted should avoid the lower floors, where poultry butchering takes place) on the corner of Queen Victoria Street and meander down narrow laneways where herbalists and other traditional shopkeepers display their wares. Don’t miss the world’s longest outdoor escalator, at 880 meters, which also provides sweeping district views.
