Pleasant stayPosted Apr 24, 2015
This is a nice hotel. The room I stayed in was fairly large by Japanese standards. The hotel is located close to a train station and there are many restaurants and shops close by.

I ♤ TachikawaPosted Mar 30, 2015
Great hotel, close to station (with its fab shopping ),and close to Narita shuttle. Most importantly, close to my amazing son and daughter- in-law and our "family" in Tachikawa. Lots of little restaurants, bars and shops.Always love Shinjuku and Harajuku, and this time we took in the zoo, which was great. Food was beyond amazing....could not stop eating. Our room was small for 2 people with a lot of luggage, but we were very comfortable once we got organized. Will absolutely stay here again.

Great if you're on a budgetPosted Jan 31, 2015
Pros: Reasonable rates, great location, very clean
Cons: Hotel staff becoming a little bit more proficient in English
Location: as above
The hotel is actually really nice, seems like a lot of people have their weddings here. Its in a great location with lots of shopping centers, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance. Its also really close (5 min walk) to the train station and bus terminal (which has airport shuttles to both airports). The rooms are predictably small (its Japan, everything is small), however, very clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are also very small, however, extremely nice. Wifi is free throughout the entire building and pretty good. There are vending machines on every floor too. The hotel staff are friendly, however, their English is very limited and I ended up using google translator on my phone as they struggled to understand what I was saying (probably didn't help that my Japanese was really poor). The hotel is great if you're on a budget, however, because of its location, it takes about an hour to get to the main tourist attractions in Tokyo and you'll find yourself filling up your subway card frequently. Overall though I was very happy with my stay.

Close to train station Tachikawa.Posted Jan 25, 2015
Nice hotel. Staff very pleasant. Saw a bell cart but no one to help so don't bring too much luggage. This hotel also seems to be popular for weddings. Lots of people in the lobby waiting for the wedding party when we arrived. Free wifi all over the hotel. Although my friends and I noted the sheets made our skin itch. Not sure if it's from the fabric or the detergent. But overall nice location, good for 1-2 nights as transition

Excellent hotelPosted Dec 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is an excellent hotel with very friendly staff and excellent service. It is very nicely located near the train station for an easy travel, and the Narita airport bus service starts directly from the hotel to the airport. The surrounding of the hotel is a busy area, but a quiet place. I strongly recommend anyone traveling from abroad. The breakfast served in the restaurant in the top floor is excellent - don't miss it.
