“Excellent stay for the price”

We were very impressed with the staff as well as the quality of the room. They were incredibly nice about our pet as well.

Very comfortable quiet hotel, roomy suite, staff helpful and friendly, nice courtyard pool and play area. We have stayed here before and will again. Expedia price was good, better the first time we stayed here.

“Overall, pretty impressed”

This was my first time staying at an Extended Stay and I was impressed with all the room amenities. The room was very clean and spacious. One slight problem I had was that the night staff didn't immediately know where the closest emergency room was located. Even though we were not familiar with the area at all, we scanned the phonebook before heading down to the front desk. After the front desk attendant arrived at the desk, he needed the assistance of the phonebook for an e.r. recommendation.

The staff was very nice, they even called up to the room after we checked in to see how everything was. The room was very nice and comfortable, hallways were quiet. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

“Clean and cheap”

Hotel staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and fairly decent size. Downside is you to stay a minimum of 7 days for them to clean the room for free otherwise they charge you for it.

“Next time I'm in the Cleveland area, I WILL come back”

This was the second time my husband and I stayed here--it's unreal to me how cheap the rates are for this hotel, it's huge and very clean. The manager was EXTREMELY nice and went out of his way to upgrade our room. It's in a great area, alot of restaurants near by. We go to Cleveland a few times a year and we for sure will be staying here every time
