“A comfortable and convenient place”

This is a very convenient hotel for someone who wants more than just a place to sleep. The kitchenette is well equipped, and there is enough room in the unit to sit and relax as well as a place to work. The free internet access and buffet breakfast are a useful bonus. I was impressed that on Christmas day there was someone promptly available to help us to get on line. The facility,however, is beginning to show its age.

I consistently have a good experience at Residence Inn. Everything was perfectly clean, internet was free and easy to hook on to, the kitchen had the essentials to prepare a small meal on my own, breakfast isn't great but it's free and the room was spacious. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Comfortable & hospitable with great breakfasts!”

My 4-night stay at the Residence Inn was delightful. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with gas fireplace and full kitchen with an ice-making machine (no trips out for ice). The staff was conscientious and the great breakfast buffet with the morning paper made it a perfect spot to call home for a while. Thank you!

“Cleveland Westlake Marriott Residency Inn”

Residence Inn By Marriott Cleveland Westlake is convenient to the Crocker Park "new town" amenities. This area has excellent restaurants and shopping with convenient parking located just south of I-90 and a short distance from the Marriott. The Residence Inn is quiet and located along side a 2 mile walking loop located in a wooded area.

“Best hotel staff I've ever seen!”

I have never come in contact with a hotel staff this amazingly friendly. Wonderful people to stay with and I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Extremely friendly staff, great rooms”

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms we had were BIG (Penthouse Suites) and comfortable. We had 2 adults and 2 children in the room, and were NOT crowded at all. The place was nice and well kept, and the breakfast buffet was very nice.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed, and warm fireplace. Coudn't ask for more.

“Great base while visiting family”

The king studio suite worked very well for us and the priced was attractive. The features of the room allowed us to entertain a few local members of our family while staying at the Residence Inn. The full kitchen was very useful and appreciated. The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly every time we interacted with them. Our only disappointments were a few aspects of the complementary breakfast. Although billed as including eggs, the breakfast eggs were absent both mornings of our stay and replaced with more starches. In addition, the breakfast staff seemed to be a little overwhelmed and not very communicative.
