“Hotel Stay”

The hotel was nice and easily affordable. Right off the interstate which was a plus for us.

“Convenient & Cheap.”

Decent hotel if you need to be on/near the northern West side of Cleveland.

“Best for the Price”

We were very satisfied with this hotel. What we paid for 2 nights, was what most other hotels were charging for one night. It was close to all the sights, only minutes away from downtown. The room was clean. The free continental breakfast sure hit the spot both for us and our kids. The pool looked great, unfortunately we didn't have time in our busy schedule to go swimming. The TV didn't have a lot of channels (only 20), but we weren't in town to watch TV. (But it had cartoon network and that was enough to keep the kids occupied when we were there). The staff there were very friendly.

“Worth every penny.”

The bed was pretty squeaky and the showers heat maxed out at a comfortable tempature, basic cable and the remote didnt work, but besides that you can't beat this price. 1 minute from the highway, 3 minutes from a Dave and busters. I'd stay there again.

“Not What We Expected”

The room was extremely small for 4 adults, 2 children (8 yrs), and a baby. We were told the room would fit us all, but it definitely did not. Apparently, ALL rooms are the same size, so there was no ability to get into a larger room. Spiderwebs all over the exterior, very small pool with no bathroom or shower. Very disappointing. At one point we requested extra pillows and were told to come to the front desk to get them. The only good thing about the stay was the continental breakfast, which was very good. We were scheduled for 3 nights, but we canceled after the first night and stayed with local family & friends. It just wasn't a good experience. HOWEVER! They did honor our disappointment by approving a refund for the remaining 2 nights without issue. This was very nice. Expedia service reps were VERY good with the entire situation. Hotel not good, but Expedia experience was A+!

“below average”

Upon entering our room we saw that the message light was flashing on the phone. The desk informed me that" the phone doesn't really work" and we should put it in the drawer if the flashing light bothered us. We used our cell phones. The bedding was old, sheets thin, pillows thin and lumpy, with only 2 per bed. We had 3 of the thinnest towels, hand towels, and facecloths we had ever seen. A well displayed sign listed the" prices" of everything in the room. The towels, which were too small even to wrap around, were listed at $19.00 each. We had a good laugh about that....nobody would steal those towels, not even to was their car. We went and bought towels at TJ Max, $3.99 each , large and thick. They need to find a new source for linens! The hair dryer did not work. Breakfast was underwhelming. The instant coffee in our room was better than what was served at breakfast. The toaster dials had no indication of where light and dark were, dial spun around 360 degrees. Lots of white bread products, nothing with fiber, the yogurt was the same florescent color as the Trix! We will find another place when we go back in October.

“Very Disappointed!”

We stayed here because it was close to our daughter's. Sorry never again will I pay that much for a place like this. We had been on vacation for a week, and stayed at great places for the same price. Sleep-Inns seem to be a consistent place to stay. Bed squeaked if you just moved slightly. Sheets and towels were paper thin. If I had paid 2 star price, I wouldn't have thought much about it. This is not worth the price unless you get a room for less than $50. I can't believe this was an Expedia Pick. That was very disappointing.

“Loved my stay at the Super 8”

Basically I'm an easy to make happy person and the fact we arrived at 6am Friday morn and our check in went so smoothly...no hassle what so ever. Room was very comfortable and clean. Great location! 10 miles from Cleveland and the lake just a few blocks away. I would stay there again,and I will recommend this Hotel to my friends.
