This is the cleanest "cheap" hotel I have ever seen. The staff was great, too. The hotel looks a bit motel, a little run down perhaps, but dang if they don't have their priorities straight! The cleanest hotel I've ever spent less than $200 a night to stay at. Comfortable beds, working appliances, and Oh! The bathtub! The incline of the slope at the back of the tub made for the perfect relax and doze in a hot bath. I will go back as often as possible. The best value for my money anywhere.

Everything was good except for trying to get anything extra was like pulling teeth. They said they did not have an extra pillow that we needed for someone who has neck problems. It says on the little card in the room that if you forgot and certain things they have them and one of us forgot toothbrush and he said he couldn't leave the desk to get us one. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

When we arrived at the property there were 4 police cars with officers in vests and rifles trying to get into one of the rooms. We we finally got to our room, the lines had cigaret burn holes all over them. The wallpaper was pealing and there is mold in the bathroom. At night our heater stopped working so we had to sleep in a freezing room in our jackets.

We'd stay again
Was only there 1 night as we were passing through. It was clean and room was spacious. Loved the fact that the floor was not carpet. Great pet friendly place. Only complaints would be that its a smoke free room but bedspread had cigarette burn holes and that the pillows are very flat and uncomfortable

The property is kind of run down - marks & dents on walls, shower made noises depending on where you stood, toilet rocked when I sat on it, blankets had cigarette burns, chair old and not comfortable, windows dirty. Room was quited clean. Site advertised free breakfast but there was none.

Cleanliness was very iffy, pillows were horrid. Was told by office that I needed to "find someone" from the housekeeping staff" in order to have my room attended to (stayed there a week). WiFi signal was so weak it made it essentially useless for work. Don't know who gave the good reviews, but I suspect they were fake.

We had a bed and a bathroom which was all we really needed. I had expected the place to be rehabbed since it was under new management. It was not. Overall, the property looks old and tired. We did not go to breakfast because we were meeting family for brunch, but looking into the room I did not see much available. Perhaps you have to put in a request. I appreciated the low cost and free cancellation. Overall, a very average place.

I was only there for about 25 minutes and ask for a refund and was telling them I want to check out and they said I need to contact the third party for a refund and I keep getting the runaround about contacting people and then I keep contacting different people at the property and then they keep saying a call back in one hour every time I’ve got no help I cannot get a refund and I did not even stay there or use the room. I am very upset I will never ever do this again, or use a third-party for any booking ever again.

Absolutely filthy and disgusting property. The rooms are gross. The property is honestly scary. The management is terrible. Don’t stay here, you’ll regret if you do.

Beautiful room. Convince of location. Cops patrolling was concerning. No safety issues noted, maybe just safety check? That was my main concern, otherwise was really nice for the price.

OK Place for a Week-long Stay
The area is safe and quiet, and has multiple dining options. The decor is tasteful, despite a few minor cigarette burns on the bedspreads.The motel is close to an I-90 entrance ramp, which makes it easy to get to downtown Cleveland.The staff members were friendly and tried to be helpful.They also seemed concerned about glitches in service and tried to remedy them. For example, when the maid neglected to leave clean towels, the office readily supplied these. At first, I didn't realize that I had to contact the office each day to request housekeeping service. However, the cleaning service was adequate.Management also honored my request for a room on the first floor. Breakfast consisted of toast, waffles, Lucky Charms or Sugar-coated Cheerios. Because I don't like sugary cereals, I bought a box of cereal and brought it to breakfast, using the motel's OJ, milk, and coffee. As negative points, there were a few fruit flies, but they appeared only when the lights around the sink/vanity were turned on. Also, there were many cigarette butts in the area in front of the entrance to our room. (Each room has its own entrance to the outside.) For a Week-long stay at a reasonable price in an up-scale Cleveland suburb, the motel is great. I would recommend it to others planning a stay in the Cleveland area.
